酒店卫生还是很好的，房间很大，床有点硬。卫生间没有干湿分区。前台服务很差，开发票，要开税号等信息，试都没有试说不行，一教他又会了，没有什么服务意识

进门房间地面有瓜子皮、牙签，桌面有灰尘。看似几天没人住了。马桶是活动的，会摇晃。空调是坏的不能制热。房间里还有股家具的味道。住过这么多酒店，个人觉得还不如农家乐、青年旅舍。

为了赶丽江的早班飞机住在鹤庆，在当地算是比较好的酒店了吧，卫生间洗浴用品还是很不上档次，洗澡水太小，将就都可怜。

断断续续的套房，大床房，标间都住了。总体来讲都挺满意的，一楼餐厅做的菜也好吃。但是，前台处理阿里信用住和携程的订单都比较麻烦（一而再再而三的确认我手机里的订单支付信息，还给我收到的短信拍照留底，还好我没删除）感觉不是很方便，还好我不赶时间（类似情况入住其他地方任何酒店宾馆都没有遇到过的）
