春节外出旅行，开车累了，到了弥渡预定此酒店入住一晚好好休息一下，很晚到酒店入住房间后发现在我们房间楼上正好有一个电压机器发出特别大的噪音，吵到我们无法入睡，实在忍受不了，把情况跟酒店前台反应，希望能调一下房间，结果由于旺季，基本的标准间都没有了，在这种情况下，酒店大堂经理果断做出抉择，免费升级套房，让我们度过一个美好夜晚，安心入睡。第二天精神抖擞继续我们的旅行，在此表示感谢，积极解决顾客问题，为你们点赞，以后再路过会再次选择贵酒店，也会推荐好友。现如今社会，服务好才是王道！感谢！

停车场超大，服务也很好，还免费提供了手机充电器。房间准备的水果也是让人感觉暖暖的。只是楼下是KTV。

订了豪标，前台给我们六楼(五，六楼标的是标准间，七，八楼标豪标)的房间，说是就是豪标了。三楼开着KTV，到二点才没有噪音。
