1、云途客栈的地理位置非常棒，躺在床上便可欣赏洱海的美景，且酒店的位置是洱海最佳的观景区域。2、酒店工作人员李文婷和汪路非常热情好客，给我们留下了深刻的印象。3、酒店每日的卫生打扫工作有待进一步提高；4、酒店的餐饮服务需要改进，种类少且价格偏高，在这里的早餐只有两种，一种是米线鸡蛋，一种是稀饭花卷包子鸡蛋的搭配，希望客栈每天都能提供不同种类的早餐，如果过来住一两天还可以接受；5、给客栈一个建议，根据入住率情况适当地开展一些带有特色主题的活动，能让客人体会不一样的感觉，目前客栈下午有驻唱歌手演唱，另外客栈需提供较为专业的旅游向导，也可作为客栈盈利创收。总体来说还不错，大家可以体验一下。

酒店服务很热情，在酒店花园就可以直观洱海，四楼观景台可以很好的拍照，我们遇到阴天，还是很有感觉，在餐厅吃了菌汤锅，很实惠，好评！下次来还选择这里，酒店旁边就是网红景点玻璃球.
