定了两个59的房，到了后没货，老板把两个因为贵而卖不出去的复式套间给了我，然后就跟我诉苦，说洱海停业了一年半，他家也停了一年半，才开一年，这一年给平台打理，平台每月给保底收入，然后平台乱卖价格，应该旺季590的房间在淡季59卖了。我安慰老板说，反正房间闲着也是闲着，淡季别家都没流量，你家把销量做起来，等到了旺季你家的排名不是靠前了么，到时候不是可以高价卖了么，和坐淘宝一样，我这单你就当刷销量了，保证美言几句。不过他这个中式风格比俺的仿古公寓要好的不要不要的[捂脸]
