新酒店，酒店环境设施服务都不错，风景如画，茶室，书吧，酒吧，健身啥都有，不过有个特点没电视……还有就是房间还有点装修的味道，有点不舒服

这家酒店特别好 真的是无敌海景房 但位置真的很不好找 这是唯一点不好的 但酒店会安排车去接你 但是需要自费 晚上酒吧会有人唱歌 强烈推荐‼️

酒店就在洱海边，布置很漂亮，二楼的书吧孩子很喜欢，看海景相当不错，从房间看出去，就是海，餐厅的菜也很好

管家服务很到位，房间地毯，榻榻米比较脏，各种小问题解决的还算及时，感觉除了管家感觉服务都跟不太上，枕头和床还比较舒服～希望改进下，洱海现在污染严重，海景也就那样，酒吧不错，就是自己调酒难喝，，，也许是我不懂欣赏，，反正觉得像对了水的果汁，，酒店里的饭不会吃二次，口味问题吧，

店家特别特别热情～助理部小斌很可爱 必须夸一下 ！院景特别好～很喜欢 以后还会来 就是饭菜不好吃

酒店在禧洲古镇内，进去的路不是很好而且也不好找，需要提前跟酒店的人联系安排人来接，这个还要自费。整个酒店设计的很好看，在房间里就能看到洱海，早餐也不错，里面供应齐全，连加湿器都有，但是唯一一个让我不满意的地方就是泳池的水去的时候因为之前下雨变浑浊了没换，前台说后面两三天也不会换，我和朋友本来还打算游泳，泳衣都带好了，结果还是觉得泳池不干净没有游泳，希望酒店以后想办法保持泳池的水整洁，让想要游泳的顾客能够满足心愿！
