入住前酒店人员提前联系了我们，发送了停车场的位置，到了以后有前台接待人员安排把大件行李先送至酒店，我们就步行逛着进入酒店所在的双廊镇。酒店的房间布置很有特色，还有蓝牙音箱。坐在阳台上听着音乐，伴着海浪声，看看书，非常的舒适。公共区域有很多适合拍照的区域，地下室还有品茶室。早餐现做，很丰盛。退房当天的前台人员西西和其他酒店人员的服务人员都非常好，很感谢。一次满意的入住体验。

5星好评的酒店，我们来到酒店的时候已经是晚上十一点半了，管家西西态度非常友善，细心，还送上特别好喝的牛奶，反正下次来洱海还要住他家！

第二晚换到了这个房间，在三层的180度海景房，看到这样的房间就觉得过年涨价那么多也值得了。白居服务也很好,小宇和莎莎在我们来的时候在南口接的我们，走的时候把我们和行李拉到了南口直到我们打上车，住的这两晚就是家一样的感觉，下午小宇给做了现磨咖啡，晚上是那个我不知道名字的有刘海的小姐姐给我们送的牛奶，早上是莎莎把早餐送到了房间。总之真的很开心，太谢谢他们了。有什么需要在微信说一下他们就很快送到房间了。白居的海景真的超美的，泡着澡看着洱海真的好幸福
