非常好的入住体验，像家一样亲切，温暖。住了两天，睡到八九点自然醒，非常舒服。和老板一家坐在庭院里吃饭，很难忘。

服务很棒，在携程下了订单后就打电话过来问位置发路线给我们，到了之后前台美女还主动提出帮我们拿行李。房间也很舒适，温馨，非常不错

酒店服务员态度很好，也提前询问是否需要接站（费用自付），这样挺好的，好过我们自己叫车，司机师傅会直接把我们送到客栈，房间卫生很好，床都是很大的，有家的感觉。

我们从昆明乘火车到大理，到酒店附近时大概早上五点半左右，辛苦老板一大早出来接我们～还给我们介绍了苍山和丽江的游玩攻略，如果不是提前订好了接下来两天的房间，真舍不得走……
