入住房间电视机坏了，之前客人就已发现，要求更换房间居然说没有，否则就要求退房走人，很生气。在投诉的威胁下居然又有房间了，可见服务质量太差。真不知道酒店怎么管理的。

全五星评价！这是我们大理行感觉最靠谱的酒店，优雅低调，设施完善，品味超群，价格也相当合理，才发现原来戴斯酒店集团是个连锁，以后出去各地先找找这个品牌连锁，不过似乎听说也有套牌的哦，要擦亮眼睛，不过大理这家绝对值得推荐入住。
