大清早九点半我放着音乐在洗手间吹头发、没穿衣服，服务员就开门要进来了，门都开了一块，着实把我吓了一跳！又是音乐又是吹风机声音，厕所就在门口进来处，耳朵不好使吗？大清早九点半也没到退房时间进来要干嘛！还有退房时候前台服务员拉着长脸，我还没发脾气告知此事，退房时前台又见到这么一张脸！两件事结合真的很让人恼火！

酒店是一般的商务酒店，离大理火车站很近。租车点就在附近，我是为了取车方便定的这家酒店，大家租车的话，可以考虑。

酒店服务恶劣至极！我定了3个订单，每晚2间房，只给我确认了第一晚一间房，销售部负责订单的只会推卸责任，说就确定一间房，就差骂人了！因为是旺季，酒店房间定没了很正常，但是不能因为你的工作失误，把责任转嫁给客户，你犯错了，态度好点，承认错误我们换个酒店也就是了。建议酒店老板辞退这样的员工，销售部18年8月14日上班的一男一女，只会给酒店抹黑，这种服务态度怎么配得上四星级酒店,给大理人，给云南人丢脸！
