艺龙真是太令人失望了，订了家庭套房，去到店却不是家庭套房，而是家庭房，以后真不敢再在艺龙下单了，害我又自己开多一间房。客服推给酒店，酒店又说不关酒店的事，我真是被玩惨了

在下关去洱源的汽车上看到格林联盟，回来时停门口订了一天，看酒店环境、设施较新，被套，枕套、毛巾也白，就是怕热的LG觉得被子厚了，还有洗浴的热水很好，在下单时对比了各种价格选了首晚送双早和水果的，提醒前台说没有核单后还是给了，觉得服务热情些更好，因此换了家住宿。
