晚上9点过了，空调没法制冷，要求换房，还再三推辞，郁闷得很。浴室在阳台处，还挨着床头，洗了澡就满屋都是热气，窗户只能开个逢，没法全部打开，更不是落地窗，离洱海有段距离，根本没法很好的欣赏洱海景色。感觉就是被忽悠了，设施陈旧，设计不合理，空间特别小，及其小，根本不符合四星级标准。

复式家庭标准间虽然看不到海景，高楼的视野还是不错的。酒店离洱海边不远，饭后过去散步不错。酒店位于生态城开发区，周边有点没开发好的样子，这边好多家酒店、客栈，而这家的规模最大，感觉很正规的酒店
