差的极点，环境又差，家庭套房居然没有空调，换了间双人间结果电视是坏的，窗户是关不上的，更奇怪的是厕所居然是蹲着的，环境卫生也不干净，要求退房居然说不会弄无法退房，千万不要去了，我就上去一会会就说没办法退，真的是去过最差的酒店
