酒店在滨海路和龙山东路交叉口，停车还算方便，但周边购物吃饭就不算太理想了，整个滨海路沿线是新区，配套设施还不算太好。另外由于酒店在新建住宅楼内，各种刚装修完的味道确实有点重。房间很有设计感，但不适合商务出差，有电脑桌但没有椅子。但值得一提的是：床特别软特别舒服，床特别软特别舒服，床特别软特别舒服！可以好好睡一觉！
