住了N多酒店，从五星到不到百元的客栈都光顾过，这是感觉最差的一次。客观地说，酒店整体布置还是不错的，挺有格调，房间内部设施就很一般了。冲着5.0的评分订了这间客栈，很晚才赶到，小老板还挺客气。住了一晚，发现设施有些问题，早上和小老板反映了，小老板表示知道了，但仅此而已。和LP商量一下，觉得实在是与5.0的评分及不菲的价格不符，但订房时又表示不可取消，所以决定和艺龙联系一下。艺龙将意见反馈给小老板，小老板表示不能退，但可以换房间，我们表示可以。但这时接到一个中年人的电话，极其傲慢无礼，说可以退，他不差钱。之后的沟通极不愉快，总之都是客人的错，他百般辩解。出门在外，各种事都可能遇到，一笑置之。事关大家的福祉，网络时代，什么都可以做到，5.0的评分并不可信，还需自己睁大眼睛看仔细，也需要大家真实一些，虚拟世界最终影响你我的切身利益。后来亲自考查了一家客栈，有观景平台看大理全景，位置设施也很好，价格也便宜很多。网络带来了便利，也是一个虚拟的世界，无法避免的不真实。大理是个美丽的城市，希望每次都能留下美好的回忆
