离火车站还挺近的，车程10分钟。房间干净整洁，离海就隔一条马路，风景不错。楼上露台很好，5楼适合拍照，4楼适合喝茶

所谓的聆海假日酒店实际就是一民宿，号称海景房紧靠路边，价格贵，而且沒有早歺，晚上睡觉车来车往噪音大到严重影响睡觉，根本没有实力安装隔音玻璃，想住的亲们一定要三思。保证影响你游山玩水的休息。洗手间布局不合理，站在马桶边旁洗澡，洗漱台沒有热水。想换房必须提前早上出门前，因为他们的清洁工人是钟点工，过了时间想换去对面的便宜标间（图个安静）前台直接话沒工人清洁不给换，所谓的老板爱理不理，这种服务态度是绝对只做一次生意的，能宰一个算一个。此次游玩云南最差的住宿，性价比最差的民宿酒店，同程最差的订房推荐，准备下架同程，同程越来越差。
