这是我入住酒店服务体验最差的一次。各位有想在大理下关选酒店的，对这家漫湾酒店慎重考虑。
1、酒店卫生间淋浴喷头是坏的，根本无法洗漱，淋浴花洒的固定钮无法固定，已经砸到我的头，酒店没有对此事有任何表态。
2、今天早晨身体不舒服，无法下楼吃早餐，前提是酒店含早，我打电话让服务人员送餐到房间，不仅早餐要钱，还让我付20％的服务费，这是闻所未闻的。正餐需要服务费是可以理解的，早餐是含的，为什么早餐需要付费，并且还需要交20％的服务费。这是我在任何一家有星级标准的酒店都没有经历过的。
3、一次性马桶垫还需要付费，这酒店是想钱想疯了吗？
4、酒店设施陈旧，服务人员态度差。

在网上订，订出来是该酒店的负楼，三星的，本身酒店是五星，房间好服务也好，入住的时候刚好是中秋节，还送了水果月饼，定的外卖也会服务员亲自送上来，外来人不能随意出入，安全放心，早餐也非常丰富
