把我们的房间给换掉了，说是升级但是只能呵呵哒。 客服不好，不提供接送服务。明明写着有这个服务，当晚到酒店9-10pm这样，打电话寻求帮助结果挂掉电话。第二天直接离店。没有好感。

环境特别美，还有个小院子，老板还给我们升级了客房，可以看到苍山，还帮我们叫了快递，下次来大理还住这里，哈哈！

环境太漂亮了，非常安静的一家客栈，老板还免费升级了3楼的大房间，出去几十米就是古城复兴路，吃的，玩的非常方便，下次有机会一定还来。

必须要好评，首先是酒店环境很好，房间干净，安静，因为自己在携程上取消两次后又再次预定，导致没有给我留房，一大清早到了酒店查不到我预定信息，姐姐一在三的道歉，其实是我自己失误造成的，还免费升级了套房，这次选择无名酒店是最明智的，特别感谢姐姐的周到服务，特色餐厅榆人饭菜很好吃价格很实惠，非常有品质的酒店，这里非常有暖心的服务，我爱大理无名！
