老故事客栈很好，免费火车站接站，前台的几个工作人员服务很好，我的行李箱拉杆出了点问题，前台小伙子很热情的帮我把行李箱拉杆修好，另外，和我同行的阿姨说要表扬打扫卫生的师傅，阿姨的相机充电器忘在房间内，打扫卫生师傅发现充电器，马上叫住阿姨把充电器交给阿姨，早餐也挺好，房间很干净，值得推荐。

我从丽江坐火车到的大理，之前在同程订的这家酒店，有接站这项，然而并不知道，酒店说我订单上没有留电话，难道同程出现问题了吗？我订单上明明留上电话了，酒店没有联系我，那么我打电话问下火车怎么走，也没有说去接你，还告诉我坐8路车。到了之后不想折腾，想续住，还给我下套，说房间三百七十五，给你打折二百七六，完了你说不接我，让我们坐车自己来，你送一下啊，送还要钱，有个自认为老乡的工作人员，本来以为老乡会照顾，帮我送个行李也要收钱，收了五十。我带着父母来的，这在同程定的酒店这么不靠谱吗？太差了吧。请同程给我一个回复。

四个姐妹定了两个双人房，房间在一楼，窗户比较小。感觉有点阴暗。最重要洗手间的门只要关上就无法打开，门是坏的，随手关门发生了乌龙事件，只能趴在厕所的小窗户像隔壁房间的同伴求救，太可怜了。
