前台服务态度差到极致，酒店挂羊头卖狗肉，不停的强迫客人修改订单，整个游玩的心情都被搞坏，在大理住过的服务态度最差的。设施很多都是坏掉的我们都是可以谅解的，关键是服务员态度恶劣。以后绝不会再住

酒店就在古城里，位置不太好找，但是逛古城很方便。停车也很方便，20:00以前先停在国道边的停车场（白天），20:00以后再停在酒店地下停车场。行李多了不方便。价格偏贵！

不要被该酒店的大门迷惑，房间设施陈旧，楼上下不隔音，服务态度极差，连看房间都不可以，只有开了房才能见到房间真实的情况，如果让先看房我绝不会在这住，这样的酒店和服务与酒店的价格极不相符，还不如小客栈，下次才再不会选这家了
