体验最差的一次服务。首先酒店住宿还可以，服务态度也还不错，但是酒店旅游部的一日游行程是我至今遇到过的最差，首先和酒店约定好了早上10点到晚上7～8点的行程，但是负责一日游的张姓师傅（身穿旅游部的衣服）一定要让我们在他这里订票以赚取回扣（一个人贵很多），我们选择在官方买票，下午四点他就以晚上六点就要下班为由不去远的地方，在我和酒店联系后，其态度极其恶劣，威胁我们的人生安全（说在大理搞搞我们还是很容易的）；还说车是他的想让我们下车就得下车，差点就没打起来；回到酒店前台人员说是预定一日游的前台人员是新手为由维护司机，最后一句道歉都没有；司机回到酒店态度依然恶劣，让我们和酒店说话小心点。这就是风花雪月大酒店的服务。

酒店在大理古城门口，有停车场和超市，很方便，酒店旁有好几家可租自行车电瓶车逛古城，大理古城较大，逛一天的话租车会轻松些，酒店内设施虽有些年头但看得出老牌星级酒店风范，住这里逛古城位置极佳，服务员还是训练有素的不错~
