环境很吓人，阴森森的，服务太差。晚上基本看不到员工，我老公腿受伤了拿不动行礼没有一个人来帮助，前台态度恶劣一问三不知，还五星连一个普通客栈都不如，气得我们连夜出去找酒店，本来我们准备住几天的，这是我住过服务最差的酒店

谁说这酒店不好我跟谁急。非常好，房间宽敞卫生，我住的房间正对着游泳池，很安静，没异味。送了4个苹果2瓶味道极好不加防腐剂添加剂色素的“裸酸奶“，还有一份挺大一张的大理手绘地图。就是房间设施旧些，电源插头在床头柜下面，向服务员要个插排就更方便了。要会用总控，不然插头可能没电。当然桌旁和电视的电源插头都是不间断电源。房间都配有
