酒店很干净，服务很好，房间打扫的时候把我们泡茶的茶壶都洗的干干净净。酒店说是可以看洱海，其实需要忽视前面的一大片房子，但是花园超漂亮。唯一不好的就是真的太偏了，在洱海传奇小区里，出租司机都不太认识，自驾游无所谓，没车的话去古城苍山都很不方便，但是离机场很近

国庆出来旅游住的。住的时候不小心把一点红酒洒在了床上(网上说是可以洗掉的)，让我赔一张新床单的钱，300多。后来，我说旧床单不值那个价，才折旧赔了200多。因为是出来旅游的，不想跟她争论，影响心情，就赔了算了。我住的2千多一晚的房间，也不便宜，按照我的理解，这个应该是不需要我赔偿的。

酒店环境特别好！因为没有赶上直飞的飞机所以转机一天晚上才到达酒店，酒店的张管家服务特别好，特别贴心的为我准备了水果喝茶水，本来一天就奔波劳碌此刻都烟消云散了！再看着酒店邻近洱海的美丽风景真是赞！必须给酒店好评，下次来还要在这里住。还要特别感谢酒店张管家，真的是太贴心了，酒店服务相当棒！
