到店告知房间已经给了别人，然后帮忙打车去分店，因为带着父母孩子特别不高兴，好在分店的店长特别好！很热情健谈！如果酒店我不想评论了，但还是要说分店店长很棒！

服务员很贴心，很关心宾客，服务很好！房间设施齐全，床具毛巾浴巾干净舒适，房里有个喝茶的床榻，可以悠闲地喝茶，很不错。
