外表装修较好。进门没有电，电的问题解决了，厕所没灯，浴巾不白，又旧又看起来很脏。不赶洗澡！隔音也不好。

酒店很大，环境很好！还有院子，到处都可以看到花草盆栽。
算是大理比较大的酒店了。离古城很近。交通也很方便。

升辉大酒店在闻名遐迩的三月街，隔一条马路就是大理古城西门，三塔公园和天龙八部影视城步行就能到达，不远就有畅游洱海大游船的龙龛码头和进苍山的索道站。酒店院子雕梁画栋，有浓厚的白族风情。总台服务热情，房间宽敞，陈设和谐。如在一些小地方如早餐和洗漱用品上作些改进，酒店会更受顾客青睐。

这酒店太垃圾了。东西旧，隔音差，晚上睡觉外面有人唱KTV吵的要死。最后我报警了。直到夜里3点才停止。妈的，以后再也不会去了。
