服务态度不好，一脸爱住不住的样子。服务设施差，好多东西都是坏的，尤其是下水道，还有晚上洗澡没热水！没热水就算了，连水都出不来！两个妹子被逼着洗了个冷水澡冷水头，早上起来就感冒了，附近在修房子修路，环境一般。双廊有两家这个酒店，这家和另外一家简直是天差地别！

很失望的一次预定，闹市区，旁边有酒吧，酒店正在维修，看起来有些破烂，服务员态度很差，爱理不理，唯一还好的就是位置还算方便。

离南诏风情岛非常近，客栈不大，但很清爽、干净，房间很舒服，装修很别致，前台服务也很好，虽然不是海景房，但各方面都很方便，值得推荐！
