从未见过，前台男年轻客服服务态度如此差， 进大堂时已见聚精会神用手机打机，问相关租房的事，回答时眼睛不离手机，手不停地打， 原本见态度那么差，不想订房，见外出又冷又下雨，就照订房间， 但我在下雨情况下，来回取车上行李三次，他没提供任何幫忙。 后来指引我停车的地方是錯的，累我白走一趟， 到最后停好车，准备取匙上楼，他仍忙着打机， 未主动理我，终于忍于可忍怪责一顿。 总之，你想开开眼界，试订这酒店，碰碰这个男小伙子。

服务很好 海景房景观很好 早上听着海浪的声音醒来
早餐可以带到房间吃
金毛也很可爱
但是晚上不知道什么虫子在脚上3个大包

早餐营养卫生，紧邻洱海，可以下到洱海边夜晚坐在阳台上看苍山洱海，值了，步行几百米就是双廊古镇，没看到停车场，
