酒店管家小董的服务非常贴心，但其他人员就较一般。现在的海位线较低，所以酒店后门有块湿地，早上可以去走走，看看洱海。周边吃饭很多，酒店也可点餐。泳池因为太冷没去游，但小孩很喜欢玩美式桌球。房价感觉偏贵，不如同村的海云栖。
