酒店设施感觉很全，但是下午进店发现没有热水，到了晚上没办法就冷水洗了，到了早晨起床还是没热水，打电话询问，总台称师傅在维修，一会就好，这个一会我等了一个小时，结果和进店时一样，一样没有热水，退房时候也没人提没热水的事，前台和没事人一样，我也是无奈了，离大理古城也比较远。
