酒店有温泉不错，但服务人员的态度积极恶劣，酒店大门至房间约有700多米，本有电瓶车接送，作为四星级的酒店应该24小时接送，但晚上7点40分让前台派电瓶车，确说下班了，还态度很恶劣，并挂断电话

亮点是温泉，房间里就可泡。br酒店有三个公共温泉泳池，二个露天（其中一个有遮阳顶）；一个室内池。公共泳池对外开放，12元一人，看泳池里感觉当地游泳好的人不多。brbr酒店外有当地特色 沙坝鱼，酸辣做法。 （就是鲫鱼），还不错。brbr是不错的中档酒店。brbr从大理火车站 坐21路 到酒店。是两头的终点站。

这家酒店的配置硬件太老旧了，建成时间比较早的酒店，卫生服务都很差，楼层里看不见一个服务员主要是管理问题，他的温泉池一周更换一次水，有很多当地人在里面吃东西，水里面都有长一些很脏的东西，我们回去这后浑身都痒痒的，酒店的位置在大理郊区交通还是比较方便的，这家酒店一看就是之前应该辉煌过，现在的设施太陈旧，管理方面也有严重问题，不值得推荐入住。

度假村的环境非常好，位置在山中间，酒店的外面种植很多树，绿化非常好，住宿也很舒服
