提前打电话要求接机，一下飞机出站口就有司机来接了，很准时，这点非常好。酒店位置很好，房间里卫生不错，早餐也不错。

我是坐飞机来的，提前联系酒店，酒店免费安排了接机服务。位置非常好，临近洱海，客房到晚上还有免费水果赠送，还有个后山，早上起来爬爬山，空气好，视野好，早餐不错，粉很好吃。服务人员待人亲切，客房卫生干净。总之非常好！值得入住！

酒店总体上很nice！环境优美，出门便是洱海，美景尽收眼底，还可以散步到后山登高望远，很是惬意。房间干静舒适，唯一遗憾的事热水不给力希望洒店方能改进。
