房间很好，位置就在洱海边，海景房视野也很好，确实很美。但缺点明显，因为在路口，楼下过往这辆多，但最重要的是有小商贩在路边公放各种广告！声音巨大，不要说开窗看海景，在房间里也很吵，没法安静待。工作人员不会帮忙解决。不会再入住。

酒店位置一流！我是一家三口出行，选择的是一楼海景房，入到房间眼前一亮，窗外洱海美景尽收眼内，房内硬件更是没得说，一个字，好！老板态度一流，只要你喜欢喝茶，喝啤酒找他都行，一次值得回忆的大理之行从云水小筑开始…（照片为本人照的酒店房间，楼顶，门前海景）

就在马久邑村的路口，很好找，面向洱海，左观苍山，右览鸡足山，视野很好。
晚上还送了饮料，早餐也还可以，有稀饭、米线、面条可选，味道也还不错。
虽然去之前电话询问时说是周报不好打滴滴，但实际上我们的出行都是打滴滴的，也就是等上了1分钟左右再有接单的司机，不像在大城市20秒内就有接单的。从大理古城打滴滴到酒店也就15元左右，很是方便换算咧。
