管理的不是很好，居然在有客人的情况下给门刷清漆，搞得一屋子油漆味。入住两天居然没补充一次性用品，还把没喝的茶包收走了。

第一次用同程下单，没有想到状况不断，一次预定失败，一次预定错误，同程网app只能卸载。今天早上六点到这家酒店，前台服务人员说没有房子，要等到十二点左右。我说那好，等会过来，我之前预定的，接着服务人员又说交二十多就可以住，我也二话没说就付钱了。两个小时后，服务人员又说定错了，定的是昨天的，可是之前又没有说，还表示昨晚有打电话给同程，但是同程说没有客户电话。拜托，大数据时代，怎么可以没有。商家要求我们要再住，还要再交两百多，这不是太坑了吗？今天是周天，工商部门没有上班，明天我会继续投诉。你们好好应付相关部门吧。

房子非常漂亮，也是大理核心地段，但是的确像大家说的隔音不好，到什么程度呢，能听见隔壁人打呼噜。但确实也是因为是老房子的缘故，古色古香和隔音不能兼顾。
