超级棒的入住体验，房间非常干净，风格也特别喜欢，餐厅的饭和海鲜也非常好吃，也不贵，服务人员特别敬业，帮着拿行李，延长了退房时间，最后还帮我们煮咖啡，以后还会选择星程！

为了去发现王国才选择这的，相对周边酒店来说，这家最为正规，有自己的停车场保安，饭店和温泉，首先服务上总体来说是很好的，我是提前在艺龙平台上赶着特价时预定的，结果到店之后前台服务员竟然一脸不可置信的说从来没有过这个价格，不可能预定成功，怀疑我订错了，查了半天也说没有相关订单，耽误了很久，最后还是解决了，但我们是两间房分配在上下楼，我们是带着小孩的，一点都不方便，给俩老人安排的房间竟然没有通向外面的窗户，窗户连接的是温泉部门的办公室，一帮人坐那办公呢，说句话就能听见，只能拉上遮光窗帘挡上，我想问这样顾客哪来的隐私？两位老人不想多事，说是对付住着，但我们出行讲究的就是心情愉快，让你们住在一帮人眼皮底下心里能舒坦么，记住这个房间号是5206，千万不要住这个房间。而我们带着小宝宝住的是5311这个房间的淋浴室房门是坏的，除此之外都挺好的

第一次入住星程，整个入住过程非常nice。房间装很赞。TCL、TOTO，松下等等，中央空调最给力的。房间布草干净舒服，恭桶出水快，环境好，总之很喜欢，快捷酒店中的王牌，喜欢
