周边环境好，离火车站比较近，房间干净 舒适，交通方便，吃饭 购物便利，只是地理位置不太好发现，需要实时和宾馆服务人员进行沟通。

价格便宜，出行嘛，离火车站也不是很远，就是客房有点老旧，不过像我们出差住宿要求不高的，住下还是不错的

第一次入住总体感觉不错，房子是绿色的，不是粉红色的。距离火车站541公交还是挺方便的，前台接待大姐很热情，下次到大连会继续住站北宾馆的！

再次入住，再次好评！唯一不足的是距离火车站的位置有点尴尬，打车吧，有点舍不得，不打车吧要走20多分钟，带行李走起来还是有点费劲的
