因为我们订的是去年刚装修的，所以看上去还是不错的。
设施：马桶坐上去有点晃动的感觉，空调开大了有很大的噪音，浴室的热水，淋浴早上9-10洗，开到最大也是温凉的，感觉再洗凉水澡，浴缸的水，晚上试过一次，开到最大也就温热的，泡着不舒服。抽屉里有吹风机，可惜浴室里想吹风只能弯腰对着马桶，要不就是窗户和床边，有镜子的地方没插头。
服务：本来之前想问一下有没有和单位的合约价，前台小姑娘表示不知道，需要我们第二天8点半以后问一下营销部，第二天致电前台咨询，一位男士接的电话，表示不知道，我们希望帮忙问一下营销部，回复我们，让我们自己先联系公司，问问领导有没有合约……大周末的，我问谁呀……后来从高级房换到豪华房，我下楼办理退房和入住，让我拿着行李先下楼等30分钟至1个小时豪华房收拾，我要求先在原先屋里等，收拾完了通知我再过去，回复可以，但不给我房卡，理由那间房子没收拾完，又是一通沟通，才先把房卡给的我，然后发现刚刚退房的和新办入住的是在一层，如果按刚开始前台的意思先拿行李到大厅等收拾完了，再上楼入住，岂不是折腾死。希望酒店能不能变通人性化点，这样也避免了争吵，还能留个好口碑。

酒店就在火车站附近，交通很方便，离地铁口只有100多米，略微有点吵，设施也很齐全！
