这家酒店真的很搞笑，昨天退房时打印出来的水单让他们帮忙敲有酒店名称的公章，他们居然表示没有，需要申请，今天打电话过去询问是否已经弄好，对方居然表示流程需要半个月左右，明明办公地点就在一栋楼里，为什么需要半个月？这样的酒店流程太负责，太牛*
