缺点：1.房间空调问题非常严重，完全感受不到制冷，令人发指的糟糕体验感！！在房间里开着空调全身冒汗，维修人员说空调正常挺凉中央空调就这样，这简直是侮辱我没吹过空调。。2.客房服务效率很低，服务有但很慢。
优点：1.位置好，在市中心，离火车站近；2.酒店设施齐全；3.性价比高，旺季在大连相对便宜。
最后强调一句，空调不凉的酒店统统不是我好酒店！这家属于典型的空调不行！非常不行！非常非常不行！优点不少，但是糟糕+吝啬的空调设备及管理毁灭了所有体验感！

设施陈旧，有发霉的味道，早餐品种单一，口味一般，房间卫生死角惨不忍睹，服务员不会向客人问好，与价位严重不匹配，加饮用水需另付费

真是我住过最老的酒店了，设施陈旧就算了，服务态度还不好，灯开关没找到，叫客房服务来，说你怎么不都自己按一遍？要双拖鞋直接给我个白眼，说害我多跑一趟。
早餐68一位，东西少巨难吃，粥烧的和泡饭一样，面包馒头硬的和石头一样
唯一的优点就是游泳池和交通便利了
以后再也不会住这么旧的酒店了
