酒店位于交通很不便利的长兴岛海滨，也许是长兴岛尚未大规模开发，这里人员极少，生活设施在酒店附近也难觅，住店客人少带来了服务水平的下降，早餐真是与四星级水平不相称啊，简单品种又少，做的面很难吃，并且让炊事员放开水里煮一下时，他还是放在那个电磁灶就没打开的锅里面涮了一下又捞出来了，一个女管理人员直接去拿饮料在工作时间饮用...看来要强化管理了
