并非正规酒店，有点像私人承包的感觉，所以比较便宜。屋里各种电器和设施比较齐全，地理位置也比较好，就是周围公车不太多。找的时候要注意，不要进到正规的那个大连港湾一号，但总体服务设施还可以。
