这酒店真心不敢恭维。我的钻石戒指丢在了1224房间，当我发现时立即打电话给前台后，没料前台竟然在我多次电话后忽悠我说服务员已找没有找到。因为不甘心，我后打滴滴出租车去房间找，没想到服务员说她随我进房这次才是第一次给我找，她先前一个人收拾房间。我的天啦，这就是一个所谓的文明城市的星级酒店的工作态度和工作程序。我只知道正常的处理问题方式该是当我电话告知落东西后前台应该立即联系酒店经理，在经理的陪同下由服务员检查房间再给我电话。可是，这个让我终身难忘的酒店是这样搪塞忽悠人的。我自己掉了东西不注意当然有责任，但酒店的态度和处理问题的方式让人无比愤怒。东西丢了已是很伤心💔，还要遭受再次伤害，真心后悔订上这么一个酒店。和那简单的早餐，差劲的卫生，带水的脏餐盘相比 这样的伤害才真的够狠。
