怎么说呢，酒店是真心不错，服务也是很好，但不知道是不是淡季的原因，所有前台和客服的人员沟通起来都很奇怪，接船接不明白，送票送不明白，加早餐加不明白，感觉管理一片混乱，有点影响出行心情
