以前是我们公司的协议酒店，这次再去的期待也很高。首先辦入住前台服务态度不是太好，虽然有温德姆的金卡但不能累积积分跟享受任何优惠。再来是房间的用品，连包装都已经发霉很严重了，还给客人使用。这确实是无法接受。这个让我觉得是砸了这个温德姆的招牌。
