酒店经理和服务员态度都很好，卫生整洁，热水好。地理位置交通方便，毗邻规模较大的菜市场，购物餐饮都很方便。最满意的是，我们在市场上买了海鲜，酒店厨房负责烧菜，每样只收加工费5元，便宜实惠，口味还很棒！居家旅游入住这里，经济实惠，还能吃好！

对于这个价位环境还可以吧，离大连北站很近步行十分钟就能到，旁边就是南关岭监狱，隔音不太好，建议宾馆能否能在楼梯上铺个地毯我觉得会好些，

去了老板就知道是看演唱会的，人都很好，而且这地方离场馆也很近，住的环境还不错附近还有个水果市场。
