除了风景好一点，其他就是渣渣，设施极其陈旧，没有24小时热水，有也是忽冷忽热，空调不灵，特别冷。

很好，感觉非常舒服。地理位置非常不错，离付家庄海滩很近，欣赏滨海路风景也非常方便。服务人员很热情，入住前先上楼看看房间的情况，满意后很快办理手续，当即决定续住一天。自助早餐还可以，中餐厅也提供中餐，只是要收15%服务费。
