大连市委党校培训中心入住环境非常不错，因为平时接待都是政府工作人员，酒店卫生和安保绝对没得说，以后来大连还会住这家酒店。评十分。

地处大连周边，离海滨浴场很近约一公里，步行约10分钟。离繁华市区约8公里。酒店门口就有公交车，可直达市区。酒店的环境很好，标间的房间不大。但是通风很好，卫生间是明厕有很大的窗。入住的人员大多是参加培训的人员，整体素质不错。有涉外的俄罗斯人。唯一不足之处就是早餐很差。对待中外人员标准不一样，有的食物只准老外吃，中国人就不准，就是一顿早餐还要有区别，真是。。。。。。。希望能够加以改进。
