最后一晚因为行程有变没有住然后联系酒店前台梁 女士说同意退款后来联系同程客服客服说酒店没有 梁女士然后经过再三沟通客服又说有梁女士但是 不同意退款这种属于欺骗消费者因为我打了两三个 电话给酒店酒店都是同意退款的我不知道到底是酒 店的问题还是客服的问题?明明同意非要说不同意 我订了好几十间这家酒店

前台服务特别好，特别是前台经理，还有门口招待生。
早餐的小蛋糕吃完了，一直没人添加，值得改善。
从美爵到泰达，需要经过一个通道，路过中餐厅的海鲜鱼缸，有个厨师说话特别横，说的话一副瞧不起人的样子，我一家人真是不想惹事，出门在外的，没必要和他理论。在这住店，哪个是差钱的？你瞧不起谁啊？
