给姐姐一家出游订的，差到极点，她这样告诉我，第一天酒店水管爆裂没水，入住时没有任何告知我每次进出都看到有人为了水吵架，到了晚上孩子等了水洗澡睡觉，一开始说20:30有水，20:30是来了大概十分钟水不过是冷水我洗了冷水澡，等孩子洗的时候又没水了，打电话问前台说要到22:00然后又等，等到21:30时候水细得像线，我想出去买盆烧水经过大厅还是有人在为水吵架，当时一共三家人都在，叫经理出来，前台还很不耐烦，后来给我们换了套房说有水了，换了房上去只有冷水没有热水，没有空调
