我就想问一下,去年从电梯里掉下来,又连续入住了3次了。为什么一次都不给解决？顾客的性命是玩笑吗？从半夜11点从5楼掉到0.5层,然后后半夜2点把我们救出来。一个解释没有？

宾馆位置极佳，出行很方便。前台接待热情、办理入住手续快捷，房间功能分区合理，只是设施稍有一点不时尚。餐厅就餐环境不错，菜品丰富。停车场很大，还是免费停车。另外，防疫工作做的很到位，可以安心入住。
