预订了国庆期间2间居山观海小露台房并担保，但到酒店时被升级到大露台房，酒店早餐品种还算丰富，但不够精致，馄饨、汤面之类没有，但相对房价而言已很满意。酒店中餐厅吃了两次，全家福、浓汤鲍鱼、酸汤肥牛、烧汁野生菌、蒜香骨、榴莲酥、手擀面都很好吃，住店客人可9折优惠。酒家前台服务很好。

环境不错，早餐不好吃，毕竟是四星级的酒店，与五星的差别还是很大。大连的景点太一般，住这儿度假倒是不错。房间的灯罩破了，没有太在意，就被告知需要赔偿，和酒店发生了不愉快，不过还好，最终解决了。如果有人去大连度假，还是可以考虑入住的。

先说缺点：房间较小，设施很旧，马桶还是9升的分体式；早餐三天都没换样，品种较单一。优点：酒店整体环境优美，绿化的很好，门口还有一池金鱼；门前就是公交车站，5、702、541等四班公交车，去付家庄公园和室内都挺方便。

酒店环境很好，很安静，夏天听着蝉鸣声，有座小山。服务人员也很友善，很礼貌。餐饮方面不错，早餐虽不能与五星级酒店媲美，但也很丰盛，每天吃得很舒服。还吃了午饭和晚饭，做的味道都很不错，以至于赶飞机那天直接打包了几个菜，在机场吃。评价不错的啤酒花园烧烤没有尝试，因家人肠胃不好，不过每次经过时人都很多，很热闹，我心里倒是痒痒的。唯一的不足是房间设施老旧了一些，与四星级酒店的水准有些差距。

房间不错，但是在旅游季节稍微贵了些，门的那家烧烤太贵了，我们三个人吃了700多，而且我还没吃饱，不过他们酒店内部的餐厅还好不算太贵。
