南北差异很大，别墅很新很大，但客厅过于简单，2楼客厅空无一物，建议放张桌子和几把椅子可以让大家喝喝茶看看书，卫生间无挡水，一洗澡一卫生间的水，如果作为农家乐应该算还不错，如果作为山庄的话还有许多地方要改进。

本来定的公寓标准间，临时调整到别墅豪华间，特别赞，别墅距离饭店和儿童乐园近，去山上溜达也方便，住宿环境可以，山庄饭菜特别好吃，推荐茄子肉末吓虾仁，山麻楂包子，四脆， 小米粥，味道绝了，不推荐玉米，硬，不好吃。山庄距离金石滩西海岸打车10块钱，带孩子玩沙子也方便，儿童游乐场玩一天没问题，很大的场地，可玩的内容也多，人少室内空气好，以后还会再去山庄转转。
